“I can’t review the actual items I ordered because I’m still waiting for them. I ordered and paid for expedited shipping to receive before Christmas. Receipt says “Guaranteed to receive before Christmas.” Almost two days after Christmas- I’m still waiting for shipment. No gifts to pass out. Truly sad.”

Douglas we are sorry that did not make it on time. It shipped the very next day on Monday via UPS Ground as selected on your order. Unfortunately UPS Ground is 4-5 days to your location and with the holiday did not make it in time. I did not see any expedited shipping selected or requested on the order. Please let us know where that was selected with the Guaranteed arrival statement so that we can review that as I do not show that on the site or order. Either way we are sorry for that did not make it to you in the time you expected it and we have extended you a full refund on your shipping. “Top notch stuff. Joined a krav class around Thanksgiving and this stuff is all throughout the dojo so I thought clearly if they have its good enough for me. Stuff is very well made!”

“Customer service has been quick with responses, but I’m not to optimistic that I will actually get my purchase on time. First bag UPS lost another was supposed to go out yesterday but I have yet to receive that it’s been shipped. There isn’t any info on my account that lets me know another bag was ordered or shipped. Any other time wouldn’t be a big deal but it is Christmas and I ordered pretty early… I was hoping to get 2 day mail considering I ordered the first bag on December 1st.”

“I'm a karate instructor and dojo leader, and Revgear's Tombstone Target Shield, "Heavy Hitter" Kick Shield and Heavy Hitter Air Mitt Pro Focus Mitts are the best that I've used for my students, as well as for my own practices. The quality and workmanship that they put into their products are incomparable to what I've used in the past. When you use their products, if you've been doing martial arts for a long time, you instantly know these are high quality. I absolutely recommend these products. This isn't my first purchase from Revgear, and it won't be my last—I will buy from them again when I need more gear in the future.”

“I started buying Revgear in 2004 when I first started getting into Martial Arts. All of us always used Twins Gear or Revgear, and now that I have a son, who is 5 years old, I got back into it mostly because I wanted him to be in martial arts at a young age. I broke out my old RevGear Elastic Cloth Shinguards from 2004 ... guess what they still work and are still elastic which completly surprised me. I bought some new ones recently (only I upgraded for the ones that have the extra gel padding)... for my kid, turns out they were the wrong size but I figured heck he will grow into them. Upon putting them on him I noticed the elastic strap immediately broke off, it literally was just barely sewed on ... the other one is fine. I notified RevGear and told them I wanted to send them back but i did not want a refund I just wanted the one replaced. But they would not accept and instead just sent me a new set and let me keep the others. That was pretty cool, especially when you consider that the strap just needs to be re-sewed and it would be just fine. Thanks RevGear. Honestly, I know your business matters to you and want a good reputation, but even if you didn't let me keep the broken ones (which are easily fixable) I still would have been a repeat customer. I have always loved your gear and have found it very reliable.”
