“We chose Reviews as our independent reviews platform and Google partner over Trustpilot years ago because they seemed more dependable. Their review platform is more stringent so although it is open, it has more security checks and fewer fake reviews. The tools and applications have increased over the years and now the social proof is great through Reviews, particularly on Instagram. However the thing that makes us really happy with Reviews is their personal assistance. While there are processes of course, and FAQ to help, you don't have to wait long to have your unique query reach the right person. It is a very effective team structure they operate with the real decision-makers, founders, accounts and technical people close by. This means we can operate efficiently and effectively too. Reviews is building a business on very solid foundations, with a great interface and I am more than happy to give them 5 stars.”

So we did some research and there were a couple of things that really came to mind as being the most important criteria. Number one is we wanted a really easy to use platform. Number two is we wanted to be able to have our stars be shown on google for advertising, And number three is we wanted to find a company that had a product with a fair price, We came across reviews dot IO I felt immediately that it was a company where all those boxes were checked.
