“my messages were ignored altogether. It became clear that getting my money back would not be easy. Frustrated and unsure of what to do next, I shared my situation with a close friend. They immediately advised me to report the issue to FosterBoon. Org. Although I was skeptical, I decided to take their advice. To my relief, within a week, I was able to recover my funds. “Set up an account, paid in cash, but the app was not user friendly and confusing so immediately withdrew cash to close it. Five hours later I am still unable to close the account, the customer service is terrible and you have to get past bots first - empty promises of fixing the issue so it was escalated. I was advised 30 mins response time - 2 hours later no response. I would not trust these with my money ever.”

“I had a bad experience of being scammed. Once reported.... very little support and washed hands of the situation, I was treated completely differently by a main stream bank who supported all the way through. No telephone numbers.”

“I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with Revolut. I have been a loyal customer, but my trust has been severely shaken. Recently, I received a notification accusing me of having multiple accounts, which is completely untrue. I have only one active account with Revolut. This accusation is not only unfounded but has also caused me significant stress. I have attempted to resolve this issue by reaching out via email and using the in-app chat feature, but I have received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication from your support team is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely assistance, especially when my account is in question. The silence only adds to my frustration and makes me feel undervalued as a customer ! Total disapointment !! ☹️”

“After I made regular installments for a few weeks, they began contacting me daily. However, as I backed off, they became really aggressive. I needed to submit a report to RESORUS.com I received a full refund because to their exceptional customer service, which went above and beyond.”
