“We had been with Revolut for 2 years and I lost my card, I ordered a new one on January a metal one and being a one man band in construction thought this card might last monger, little did I know that this would lead to Revolut charging is £750 per month in 'Enterprise' fees that they then upgraded our account too (apparently its in the small print although I had opted for the £49.99 one off charge for the card, hav9ing brought this to their attention that we didn't need any of the Enterprise services nor could afford £750 per month and contacted them to ask them to down grade it, we had confirmation and long messages but they didn't do it, we contacted them again and it was still on there. They took 7 months of this and will only offer us 1 month back. So we are moving banks to anybody else, its no fun when the banks steal money directly from yo then hide behind policies and minutiae rather than address why we contacted then in the first place to downgrade the account! Our advice is to stay away, well away! Based upon this sharp practice and lack of real customer services, I'm not sure how long their new banking license will last! Even there advisor admitted this was an issue and may other customers had had the same shoddy experience!”

“Hi there, I added 10,850 dollars to my account and made it up to 37,961 dollars. Following the registration of my withdrawal request, the broker first denied it, withheld the full amount of my profit from the account, and prevented me from withdrawing the profit. Despite my repeated attempts to contact both the email broker and the official Telegram support, they have not replied to any of my correspondence and have simply ignored it. Up until I denounced them to a company named ( juliana_phil _232 (@)_ gmail _com ) which fights fraudulent acts, and which assisted me in getting my money back.I hope all who support the broker are accountable in this case.you can also contact on her Whatsapp; (+1---76--2)--3 -8 -1--9 -6--0”

“Revolut is a total scam. Even my emails have disappeared. They continually call asking for more money, larger investments. When you stop answering their relentless calls your money disappears and you cannot access it. I also requested the trades to stop and I was ignored until they traded to zero!, I went to thanks S I M O N C H. C O M for their team work help. “I have been scammed by so many recovery companies, and I can tell, it's almost not possible to recover stolen or crypto sent to the wrong address. It's rare to find a legit recovery company without getting scammed believe it or not. They can only recover 90% of your lost or scammed crypto funds”

“I had an extremely frustrating experience with Revolut's customer service today. I reached out for assistance with transferring funds from my Revolut account to Revolut Bro using an IBAN transfer. Despite my clear explanation of the issue, six different agents — Rachel, Max, Vis, Bala, Tej and Syed — failed to understand my very simple problem. Instead of addressing my actual concern, they all made their own assumptions and repeated irrelevant information. Each agent simply passed me off to another department, making me feel like I was talking to a dog that couldn't understand English. It's absolutely astonishing how poor the service is. I've never encountered anything like this before. If you're considering using Revolut, be warned that their support team might not be able to help you with even the simplest issues.”

“I have been using revolut for a couple of years. Now some small money started disapearing after every payment I make. Revolut customer support started accusing me of ordering some kind of revpoints feature. The problem is that my app is not updated and the feature is not there. I can not order or stop it. So the Revolut is stealing my money without my consent and does not want to return it! DO NOT TRUST THIS FRAUD COMPANY!”

“Niether do I live in Japan or Korea, I do not have any Apple device or Apple pay, yet someone was able to empty my bank account of all funds, When I brought this to Revoluts attention, I was told it was a legitimate action. I f this can happen to me it can happen to you. Mickey mouse outfit!”

“Not reliable bank. After two years of use, the bank began checking the sources of my income. I send them all the documents they request, but the bank has blocked my account and does not allow me to withdraw my money. This is a complete inadequacy. Keep your money in other banks and stay away from Revolut.”

“Hello! I think it is a shame that my money werent refunded after an obvious scamm on my revolut card details, and after the obvious facts that someone made the transactions from a country of which I dont know many people heard of (including me) and after the proof that transactions of different sums were made consecutive in seconds i dont get the refund. I am using revolut for close to 6years , I never made a request of refund in 6years, and now when it is obvious that my account is scammed and i make the first request in this demand, the answer is superficial and taken as fast as that and with little effort for clarification! It is a shame, it s not about my ~30$, it s about the dissrespect from Revolut refund team.”

“I am rarely writing a review. But please do not deal with Revolut anymore , I had been exposed to a fraud case today 19/07 from an unknown person or entity and immediately sent to the help center but there reply was a surprise, that they appreciate what I feel but they can do nothing , even though they can see that it is a fraud as the location in South Africa and everything in transaction is not titled , and 2 transactions following each other ,unfortunately there is no option here to upload a screenshot from the conversation between me and the customer service ( Virgina ) but I have all the evidence that it is not a trustworthy bank. If I saved my money in a wallet it would be much more better”
