Absolute horrible service. Wanted a savings account set up quickly. The word quickly… boy did I get that wrong. Provided all the necessary documents for my account to be active. It has been over 30 days I am being informed that there is further checks required. Their 24/7 line is NOT 24:7 staff get back to you over 12 hours since you make the initial request. I have even asked for my account to be closed down as when I click on option to close it doesn’t allow me. Absolutely horrible service and my advice do not use this company. If this is the service now. I can only imagine what they would do when theu have your money. Never again

QUINTELINTELLIGENCELTD. COM is excellent and amazing, Even though my loss was less than it would cost to recover my funds, QUINTELINTELLIGENCELTD. COM was still helpful and quick at responding, They gave me a free guide to try to recover my money on my own. I am so thankful they were able to give me some sort of solution and also helping in recovering all my lost funds I give them 5 stars

My experience with Revolut has left me absolutely fuming! Those dirty scammers are trying to rob me of 800€ for transactions I never authorized. Let me share my infuriating story with you, and you'll see why I'm absolutely disgusted. I had to transfer tax money to the authorities, and the nightmare began. Two of my transactions failed, but the third miraculously worked. However, it turns out that Revolut, in their infinite wisdom, mistakenly sent those failed transactions and, to my horror, "mistakenly" marked them as failed. Can you believe that? Those scammers resent to charge me for these missent transactions, even though it was undeniably their fault! I'm not one to stand idle while scammers run rampant and destroy other people’s lives. I've worked hard for my money, and I refuse to let Revolut get away with this outrageous behavior. They want to charge me for something they messed up – it's beyond infuriating! Now, Revolut has the audacity to send me an email, offering a half-hearted apology and admitting their error. They claim they'll be retroactively charging me for these transactions. What's worse, they're forcing me to make sure I have enough money in my account to pay for their mistakes! In this email, they talk about their "right of set-off," which allows them to take the money I owe them from any account I hold with them. This is a blatant attempt to strong-arm me into paying for their incompetence. If that's not enough, they suggest that if I already re-sent the payment, my recipient has been paid twice in addition to what I owed them! What an unbelievable mess they've created, and now they want me to sort it out with my own money and act as if I was responsible. Not with me. You chose the wrong enemy. Revolut, let me make one thing clear – I'm not going down without a fight. Your scammy tactics won't work on me. I'm disgusted by your behavior, and I'll pursue every legal avenue to ensure you pay for your own mistakes. You can't treat people this way and expect to get away with it. In the end, I have only one message for Revolut: I'll sue you into oblivion for this blatant attempt at theft, and I won't rest until justice is served!

DO NOT USE THE APP!! I have been scammed by someone pretending to be from loyds! They refused cash back and STOLE £300 that the bank refunded me!! DO NOT USE THIS APP THAT RUINS PEOPLES LIVES!!

hey make it very easy to enrol and upgrade to Premium. Then, if you want to CANCEL, they don't let you cancel unless you downgrade to Standard first (talk about arbitrary inconveniences for the customers!). To do that, you need to pay a PENALTY (yes, simply to stop being Premium). You also have to send them a selfie holding a handwritten note (ever heard of collecting minimum personal information necessary??) Utterly unacceptable. In the meantime they will still charge you for your Premium unless you bend backwards at their request. STAY AWAY!!

I am client of Revolut. I recently discovered that Revolut does not provide statements for failed transactions (their support confirmed this) so there is no way to prove to another bank that you tried a transfer, and cannot hold responsible the recipient bank for denying a perfectly correct transaction. Revolut is faced with aggressive measures from other banks (at least here in Romania) and payments from Revolut are simply denied without reason leaving us unable to do anything about it.

Took my money for a card terminal then denied me and closed my account without refund. Customer service is awful. 30 minutes to not answer 3 simple questions. Automated notifications and emails do not match what is going on in the app or web portal. Total shit-show. Reporting to the police and the financial ombudsman right now. Avoid!

Since 28th of September my account have been attend and when I spoke with the support they says the the account under review what you don't understand what's what's mean review when they say this is a security review what you cannot but you cannot even make any reaction in your account and they're using the word of regulation every time and they says it's a new regulation what you didn't have any information or exception accept about the regulation what do you make by 9 of October 28 my account is attend and I can't use and after the moment they still Liars and says hopefully soon all the kind of foolish they can say to you they will say to you and you cannot say anything else except with weight and weight when the release your money from your account it's really become horrible and useless application and it's not even anyone can be Trust such kind of a scammers. Like all the scammers using regulations to be covered their scammers by the regulation it's become untrust applications untrust bank entrust regulations

Extremely poor customer service with repeated scripted responses. The trading account is not operating correctly for over two months (including not being able to see profit or losses for individual stocks or for the entire portfolio)and I still have not any resolution. The support desk will not provide manager details or facilitate contact with supervisors/managers.

Revolut's app advertises "0.1% cashback on all your transactions in Europe and the UK, and 1% everywhere else." However, when I spent in Kyrgyzstan, I was surprised to find that Kyrgyzstan, a Central Asian country, has been included in the list of European cashback regions, which seems arbitrary and lacks clarity. Additionally, I tried to get a comprehensive list of countries covered under the Ultra Package, and all I could find on their website was "Ultra plan members enjoy 0.1% cashback on domestic and 1% on international transactions." I've reached out to their support team and waited 1 month, yes 1 month, and regrettably, haven't received a satisfactory response yet.

It's become one of the useless application what you are making now is completely foolish they make some quality review what is over then 3-weeks blocking they count and you cannot make any transaction or received or send you cannot touch your money inside the account it's really something respect for the clients

This should be reported to financial ombudsman and should never be allowed to practice in any shape and form anywhere in the world The most disgusting experience I hove lost plenty of money without me authorising This is a platform for all common criminals to operate There are zero security checks and balances AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE THE THUGS I WILL MOST DEFINITELY REPORT YOU TO FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN

After verification, the account is deleted without explaining the reasons. I tried to create an account 2 times and the account was deleted 2 times. Letters are answered with questions and within 3 weeks. I spent a lot of time and it was all in vain, I don’t recommend this bank

The bank closed my account without any warning, I am now facing all sort of struggles, they are saying it would take up to 14 days to get back to, no explanations at all. Can't get hold of a human to speak to! Very, very bad!

Never use Revoult bank ever again because it’s a fraud it doesn’t help its customers at all there were several unauthorised transactions done from my account but still they didn’t help me get it back and it’s customer service is very poor and very useless they should band this bank even it’s off no use at all and every customer service advisor repeats the same usual thing again and again never use Revoult it’s not worth it I have lost lots of my money with them..

Revolut Bank total disgrace to their profession Revolut of all the banks I have ever experienced or tried over the years, are to my mind, categorically the worst I have ever had the misfortune to experience. My wife and I have Power-of-Attorney over my mother-in-law’s financial affairs, due to her suffering from two forms of dementia, Alzheimer’s and Vascular. Following her removal from home by the Crisis Management Team of Newcastle upon Tyne Social services, we agreed to move my mother-in-law into our home. Under our authority vested in us by The Power-of-Attorney document, we closed my mother-in-law‘s accounts and transferred them to Revolut, for what we thought was safe keeping, but what a HUGE mistake that was. Upon receipt of the funds, which we thought had been placed safely under Revolut’s care, they froze them, saying they needed to do security checks, We fulfilled those security checks via the supply of photographs of the documents plus a video of the documents. Yet they insisted on asking for a physical copy. We twice asked for an address and twice our request was ignored, I asked what other options are available, and they immediately said it would take up to 12 days to make a decision. This, despite the fact that I made it clear that my mother-in-law is moving in with us imminently, very likely within the next 7 days and we have to meet the cost of this move as well as arrange a care support of Home Care. By holding onto these funds illegally they are directly affecting a woman in a serious case of mental decline and this is totally unacceptable and I will be making a complaint to any and all relevant financial authorities. The cooperative bank who originally held the accounts, efficiently released the funds, quickly on the basis of our legal authority, which Revolut seem to have taken upon themselves to ignore. I will be seeking legal redress for compensation for any payments we are forced to make which were designed to be met from the transferred funds. Revolut are an absolute disgrace to the banking community and any banks who are linked with them, should hang their head in shame. Revolut are the most uncaring and unprofessional banking institution I have ever encountered, do yourself a favour and look at their competitors instead. We will, of course, never use this bank ever again and my suggestion is to anyone considering using them, DON’T, give them a VERY wide berth. Anyone seriously thinking of moving their accounts should think twice, Revolut are nothing short of a disgrace and an embarrassment and bring banking in general into complete disrepute. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Revolut is fraudulent. I took a free trial which I never used, and I tried to end the trial but it was too complicated. They have billed me because it is a Pro plan that the trial was on. They want to bill me again to go down to Standard, and it is only from Standard that you can terminate the plan. I refuse to pay - Revolut is a scam. I am reporting to the Australian Cyber Police unless they terminate my plan and waive the fees.

I have been asked continuously for documents, selfies, videos of myself, fingerprint access... i believe they are overdoing it. I am turning to Bizum that it is more reliable and it is directly connected to BBVA Spain. We need to slow down with letting these entities using and abusing us. We are slaves of financial entities and it is all our fault.
