Several emails to receive duty and clearing invoice, they expected payment on just an email with an amount in it!?
Then said I need a ITAC import permit.
6 weeks later after several emails without response, several phone calls I eventualy get a response, ITAC is not required for new items.
For some unknown reoson UPS wanter to clear the shcks as used items!?
After 9 weeks in South Africa the parcel is delivered.
