I made a mistake. I purchased from revzilla. Gloves advertised for $389.99 were charged $726.62 to my account. There is no customer service, only bling and spin. "We pride ourselves on customer service and transparency", absolute rubbish. I will never buy from Revzilla again

Shipping was really slow. Took two weeks. Helmet was the wrong color. It does not match my bike at all not what I ordered. Customer Service is absolutely horrible.

Deceptive on in stock and meeting the shipping time frame. The Barkbusters are great, but I wish I had purchased them from someone else.

Ordered a pinlock lens before a ride forecasted with lots of rain. Paid 2-day shipping to give myself a buffer because riding without the pinlock is dangerous, as I get lots of fog in the helmet. I called when I saw the product did not ship out the next day, but they STILL missed the shipment. I rode in the rain, with fog, and because of Revzilla, took on unnecessary risk. I've been a Revzilla customer for a long time, and have noticed their service drop over the past year or so. Staring to look at alternative sites.

The product cannot be used because it is in poor condition.

Advertised that the part would fit my bike, but it didn't. Charged me shipping to return it. I won't use Revzilla again as they're misleading on parts and terrible on customer service.

Ordered products on 29th Jan. Everything showed as in stock. Only after payment did the site then say some items delayed. Eventually received my products on 21st Feb. I would not have ordered from you if you were out of stock!!

Received my tank bag missing parts it’s a hassle to return. Anything tank bag was damaged. Wanted to return for credit, but they sent me another bag which was crushed, not happy.

Processing and shipping was slow. Had to cancel the remaining of the order as it would take way longer than the estimated time given.

Would not sell me any products. kept canceling my orders. I go to the dealership again to get parts and tires and whatever the motorcycle needs. I had an order from cycle gear not show up so i blocked payment. they got mad and cancelled order. Cycle Gear is RevZilla. Shipping and customer service is terrible.

Dont order from them if you live outside USA! Dont trust there promises!!! I ordered items. Paid 45$ for express international shipping. Promised 3 to 5 days!!! AFTER 35 DAYS ITEM IS STILL NOT AROUND!! NO REFUND GIVEN EITHER! CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY RIPPOFF!!
