“I ordered a jacket and according to the description it shoulda come with the foam back armor. When I received it, there was nothing there. I contacted customer support and they asked to see photos, of something that wasn't there. I sent them photos and later that week they called me. Shifted blame on supplier, as a customer I do not care, I want what I paid for, and I paid for the product as described on their website.”
