“Been with this set up for a few years now, purchasing my horse racing tickets through them and subsequently generating loyalty points to be able to use against future purchases. Unfortunately I've failed to log onto the account in a 6 month period and the company 'claim' they have sent me 3 emails reminding me to log in. On checking my e mail history, no such record.
Eventually they've got their way and theft of points has occured and they will not reinstate. Yes my mistake rewards for racing the small print does say!!
My loss, but I hope my review shows my disdain for this company that has clearly made money from my previous purchases within racing and failed to deliver back!”
“This is a cash back site, they offer a variety of retailers, including EBay, Booking.com Argos etc, all of the sites that are used everyday by everyone, I have recommended to many of my friends.
Last year my sister and I went to see Olly Murs at Haydock Park Racecourse, using my accrued cash rewards.
