Since having my proof of motor insurance No Claims Discount entitlement accepted electronically by RIAS on 15 October I have subsequently received two letters from the company claiming that I haven't sent it. The second letter says my policy will be cancelled if I fail to provide it by tomorrow. Very worrying. Customer Services say lots of new customers are experiencing similar problems caused by a systems migration error. Wish I'd simply renewed with my previous insurer now.

Excellent efficient service on the telephone. Premium was excellent at £60 less than the one I had previously. Excellent as every penny counts in retirement. Many thanks.

Rias is a well known insurance company and I only ever go with a reputablecompany when looking for insurance, so I believe your standards are good unfortunately I have only scored normal as overall instead of very good When I was quoted on compare the market the package was under £80.00 with legal expenses at £9.99. I had a problem with my computer when accessing your website to purchase and therefore had to phone up. When the telesales re-entered my details it increased the cost by another £10, I did not think this was correct and questioned it, she told me because she had re-entered the legal fees were now £19.99. I said that the original quote should have been honoured, a cancelled. I has very upset that what you had quoted and advertised was now withdrawn to me, and did not continue. I did go on line and purchase in the end with yourselves as the main package was better than others, because of my requirements, but I do think that if you say this is a price then you should keep to your word. This could be very misleading. I hope that this is the only problem a one off problem I had and other customers do not experience as it cannot be good for your continued business.

I found your on line car insurance forms very confusing and hard to see exactly what I was getting for comprehensive insurance. I had to submit the same details about 6 tines before it registered the information in some parts. It took me two days to complete . You are lucky to have me ,it is only because you were offering a great price I persisted at all and it cost me an extra £6 because of the extra day.

Having dealt with RIAS in the past I really knew what to expect. As usual they were most helpful nothing being too much trouble for them. I missed an item on my car insurance which concerned me but contacted RIAS by email and it was sorted quickly and without fuss. Like dealing with them but unfortunately cannot always financially afford it. D West

When a client gets a quote from the Internet your telephone advisors should have the exact same quote on their monitors and be able to activate the same without question this would speed up your response time to each case

After taking out the policy I had to speak to another advisor to get the information on the amount I would have to pay when I change to another car. The first advisor had a word with her manager and they will waver the £25 admin fee if I complete before the 18th of this month with the new car. All helpful thank you.
