Very efficient, took out a new policy by telephone,the price for coverage was good and requested posted policy and details which arrived 3 days later.Overall very good

I was very disappointed with the increase in my premium this year, I feel that I was penalised for the incident on the 25th. August when I was the innocent victim of a rear shunt accident. Although the operator made a reduction on the premium I still feel that the increase is excessive. I am looking at other insurance companies in order to get a more competative insurance

Only my first time with Rias, so until, and I hope it never happens, until I actually have to need them, i c an not really make a comment , i need to appreciate there service first,The initial set up, I believe it was Rhag, who answered and first enlisted me, he was very good, but one thing still I am still having trouble to conceive, I was told after I receive my paperwork through the post, then the car roadside recovery details would follow, well , I've not received anything yet, I did query this, was told if Recovery is required, I ring Rias, they deal with it, once again, hope I don't ever have to use this facility.

the on line service was easy to follow and quick to complete ,the phone service was good and the person part of a team very good and satisfied my requirements for completing my house insurance including a reasonable quote for buildings & contents.

Disappointed that your first renewal amount wasn't the best you could do. After many years with you I do not feel that we should have to search the market and only when we have had a better quote are you able to match it. We also have our house contents insurance with you which we would expect to give us better service.

Only poor because you failed to let me know about the renewal. I had to contact you a few days before the expiry date. Otherwise I would have been uninsured. That apart, prompt and pleasant service over the telephone.
