Was horrified how much my car premium had gone up, but it was reduced a bit when I complained. No time to look elsewhere with also moving house and going on holiday. Very annoyed that you cannot give me any idea of what you will charge to insure our proposed new home until we have exchanged contracts and when move house. Not exactly helpful

I've been covered by Rias for many years, and on the last rare occasion when I needed your support due to wind damage to my garage, I was treated with respect, and was able to arrange for the necessary repairs done with very little delay. I recommend your Company to all my friends!

I have been with Rias home insurance for a few years and find them very easy to deal with Quick to answer your calls, always ready to if you have any questions or problems, I personally would recommend them.

Next month will be the 3rd year I have used REAS for my Home & Building insurance.The cost is reasonable ,the only problem I had was the time taken to fix my boiler when it broke down.

Initial quote £195. When I call to query 50% increase, " I'll talk to my manager" gets it back to last year's at £136. Why this trickery? Do you think I'm a sucker who will just pay your first shot. Next time be honest in the beginning. I stayed because the service otherwise is good and the revised premium was very competitive. But please don't play games next year.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE AND HARDLY ANY WAIT. THE LADY I SPOKE WITH WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, SHE LISTENED AND GAVE ME HER TIME, THIS WAS MUCH APPRECIATED.

When trying to renew my car insurance by phone I was holding for 14 minutes one day and 12 minutes another. However, when I got through early one morning the person I spoke to was very helpful.

Not pleased that I didn't get notifications for my renewal, got a phone call two weeks later to renew over the phone. It's the first time that this has happened usually get notice a few weeks before.

We have always used RIAS Household insurance for the 19 years we have owned Dormer Cottage. Our first claim was for the kitchen carpet which was damaged beyond repair owing to a leak in the central heating system while we were away in January. This was all dealt with in next to no time. Thanks RIAS!

Rias is the only insurer to send messages to warn of bad approaching weather conditions. Although I had no problems but it was reassuring to receive them I also like dealing with companies whose phone lines are in the UK
