Website was not clear regarding offer of 50% discount on breakdown did not apply to older vehicles

sent email to wrong person. Requested proof of no claims discount, already sent. Requested proof on renewal of previous company, already sent.

Purchased my car insurance by phone. Communication with insurance adviser was very good. Everything was explained to me and all my questions answered. There was no waiting for an adviser and my insurance documents arrived in the post promptly.

We had house insurance in the past with you and now we have car insurance. Hopefully we won't need to use it. So far we are happy with the price and the contacts we have spoken to at Rias

Would have been very good if I could have seen my documentation on line. After five attempts and three phone calls. I gave up and contacted RIAS again requesting a paper copy This arrived and the information was all correct Many thanks Mike Hill

The person who dealt with my purchase of house insurance was very charming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble of all the years I have been organising insurance for thing or another I never have experienced such kindness, without hesitation I would thoroughly recommend these people.

We used a comparison site to look at renewing our home & contents insurance. The renewal for last year's provider had doubled, with no explanation of that. RIAS ticked all boxes and we were able to change our excess and recalculate the premium. It showed a good price for one year's insurance cover.

after going on Go compare web site I decided to take RIAS car insurance and the following day took out Buildings and contents insurance all was carried out in a professional manner by your telephone operative's (Thank you) saved quite a deal of money on both insurances so look forward to renewals for next year at a similar cost john morley

very straight forward to purchase cover and the only company on all the comparison sites to quote the same premium throughout very satisfied with the hassle free way that cover was purchased

As I set up my quote/policy on line I encountered no problems. POLICY HE 24863045693 HOWEVER ON OCTOBER 30th I SENT AN EM ADDRESSED TO "Home Customer Services" a simple message "As my wife is not computer "literate" it would be of enormous help if you could MAIL me our Policy Documents please." I have not receive from you any response to this message, nor have I received any requested documentation. David L Hunter 09/11/2015 1412
