“I had a phone call to say your system had crashed and therefore my renewal notice had not been sent. I paid my renewal premium over the phone to the agent who rang me. No problems, but 8 days later I have received my renewal notice, but not my renewal. Your system needs looking at!”

“Surprised by the increase in the premium of over 30% from last year and had to negotiate a reduction. The premium was still a 17% increase which was as much as I was prepared to accept.”
