“Easy to follow instructions,not in the least bit complicated. Only took minutes and was able to speak to sales team over the phone. Documents arrived 5 days later a bit sooner than I expected. Great service.”

“Very quick to answer the phone regarding queries. I was told when paying for the policy that I would not need to supply evidence of my NCB however I received a mail 2 days later asking for my NCB from my previous insurer. When these were supplied they were not acceptable (schedule sent). I had to contact my previous insurer for confirmation of my NCB - Still waiting to hear if this has been received.”
