Great value for money . Good customer relations great phone manner alround satisfaction . Have been with You for a long time and have no reason to change that . Thank you all for looking after our home contents

Good product meets my needs and considerably less expensive than my previous insurance. One minor point would be that a person from Rias was due to ring me as arranged but never did. Luckily my son-in-law was able to complete the process on line for me.

We have house,and contents cover and also my car insurance with you and I think the amount of cover for each is is very good , but thankfully have not needed to put them to the test and hope we never do.

I already had a policy with you unfortantly to keep that policy would have cost me around six hundred pound I had already researched on the internet the price of a new policy at two hundred and fifty pound. As a customer I do not understand why the difference is so vast I received very good service when I contacted your office and arranged my new policy

My recent problem with my boiler/central heating - an engineer arrived the same (Sunday) but the problem was not fixed until the Friday. This a long time to be without hot water and heat in the winter. Fortunately, my boiler system worked intermittently so I didn't freeze.bb The engineer was pleasant and worked efficiently.

I have spoken on the phone to three people involving my car insurance and I have to say that each person has been very helpful the first person I spoke to helped me when the systems were down then the second person took my details on line and sent my documents to my email address . On the third occasion today I was helped by a lady to get into my account on line (I was putting the wrong number in) I thought at the beginning I was going to get a quote online but fate intervened and after talking to your customer service staff I looked no further.

Nothing special about RIAS. Bought the insurance online and they used the usual tactic of showing the basic insurance vey cheaply but then once the, to me, extras were added on the price was racked up. I can see why insurance companies do this, so that you only buy what you want, but why not list everything on the front page. Wouldn't go out of my wat to separate this lot from the rest.

This was not a new purchase - just a policy renewal. I have been with Rias for a number of years for more than one car and have always found the experience very good.

just taken out a buildings and home insurance the process was really simple and easy.I took out my policy as my friend recommended you and not only that you were competitively priced as well for the cover I wanted

I am very disappointed in the large increase in this years car insurance. I have been a loyal customer for many years. I have full no claims. I have never made a claim. As I discussed with you my yearly mileage is very low. Less than 2000 miles for each of the last two years. Yours disappointed. Peter Doughty. Certificate no 25696H/P428021E.

Insurance quote good but I resent the telephone operative trying to sell me other products. It is very annoying. DON'T DO IT.
