“Given clear instructions how to proceed with my claim.The company were to carry out the repairs contacted me very quickly and I had my car uplifted within a couple of days and the courtesy car was dropped off at the same time. My car was returned very soon to advise me that the job had been completed. The work was carried out to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending RIAS to friends.”

“I had a no fault claim with Rias in October 2014, when another driver hit me side on pushing my car into metal railings resulting in it being written off. My car was picked up within hours and I received the market value for it within two weeks.The legal department pursued the other party to reclaim my excess and increased insurance premium which I received within weeks.I was also provided with a hired car, paid for by the other party,,until I was able to obtain a new car.Rias provided a very efficient service which required little effort from me and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation..”

“Have insured with RIAS for many years now (that gives an idea of my age!!) and have always found the people on the end of the phone to be most helpful have not had to make a claim as yet but hope that they would be just as kind in the event.”
