I cancelled my house insurance on May 22nd but the direct debit of £360 was taken on The 1st of June. It still has not been refunded .

Lovely people to talk to, very helpful. Unfortunately the same can't be said about the payment process as RIAS took my initial payment twice. Still awaiting to hear about my refund!

I am still waiting for a refund of the Insurance Premium Tax, which according to the Insurance documents I received it was charged.
As you know here in the Isle of Man this charge does not get charged on Insurance Premium's, I have noticed from my Bank account this charge has not been refunded yet since November 2015.
My previous company paid the refund right away, so I'm sure this has been an over sight on records.
