“This was a renewal of existing policy. I phoned to advise that the renewal premium was too expensive. The gentleman I spoke to asked me to hold for a minute and then came back with a substantially reduced figure which was accepted.”

“I have insured my home with RIAS for many years now mainly because we had a leak in our bathroom may years ago whilst insured with this company. This was the first time we had ever claimed on an insurance policy and found RIAS to be very co-operative and they fixed the problem for us with is little hassle as possible.”
