I was impressed that I could upload my proof of NCB directly into my portal. This was a saving of time and money in posting it to RIAS

Only poor because you failed to let me know about the renewal. I had to contact you a few days before the expiry date. Otherwise I would have been uninsured. That apart, prompt and pleasant service over the telephone.

This is the first time that I have taken out car insurance with this company. Found them very professional in the way my application was dealt with and their quote more competitive than my existing insurer. Documents were received timeously.

I compared prices on the web but prefer to speak to a person when finalising so I contacted the number given and the young man I spoke to was very helpful and made sure everything was clear.

I have been with your company for 9 years and never made a claim and yet my policy has increased considerably each year. This year is the biggest increase ever. Where is the 80% no claims discount. I consider I am now being "Ripped off"

26 percent increase in car insurance which agent could not explain,despite no changes in circumstances.not interested in customers loyalty

As I have just taken over the policy from my husband who, died last year, I was shocked that the cost was increased so much. I have been the named driver on this policy for more than 50 years and regular drove the car over those years. I appreciate that I have not been the policyholder before but feel that the 9 year no claims bonus should apply to me as well as my husband.
