“Only poor because you failed to let me know about the renewal. I had to contact you a few days before the expiry date. Otherwise I would have been uninsured. That apart, prompt and pleasant service over the telephone.”

“I have been with your company for 9 years and never made a claim and yet my policy has increased considerably each year. This year is the biggest increase ever. Where is the 80% no claims discount. I consider I am now being "Ripped off"”

“As I have just taken over the policy from my husband who, died last year, I was shocked that the cost was increased so much. I have been the named driver on this policy for more than 50 years and regular drove the car over those years. I appreciate that I have not been the policyholder before but feel that the 9 year no claims bonus should apply to me as well as my husband.”
