Usually a good service, but when renewing recently there were some issues with the wrong date being entered on my certificate of Insurance. When calling you to put this right I found it very difficult to make your telesales staff understand and was kept waiting on the telephone for 52 minutes.

I have always found staff extremely help and efficient. Renewed car insurance again with RIAS as price and service excellent.

New quotes for existing customers should take into account the number of policies. Rather than send out an inflated aunt sally initially.

Please cancel my policy, I'm not paying £55.44 extra for one £200 claim four years or more ago, our only claim in over twenty years.

As is my norm, on receiving my renewal quote from RIAS I compared the policy with that offered by other insurers. There were things offered by others which I would have liked to see included in my policy but overall the price was comparable. However, I would have liked to have been able to reduce my excesses further as this, for me, is a better alternative.

I have an elderly relative who needed help. This meant I was away from home when my Brian toy was delivered (several weeks after I paid my insurance premium). Annoying as I had written requesting a Brian delivery window of two or three weeks in early April when I knew I would be back at home. My delayed Brian delivery request was ignored so I wasted my time. Is this is typical of your customer services? If it is you will not remain in business very long.

To my home insurance matters were not straightforward and I still have not been given a clear documents to the present, full details, of this insurance. My motor car insurance was straight forward and I am happy with this. Thank you, David Hopkins

got quote over phone. Very good and helpful but when policy arrived,the content was not what i wanted and so i rang up to correct. They then wanted more money but efficently they are looking into mistake and am waiting to hear. All dealt with very professionally plus spoke to uk persons both times.

I've just had an email recently telling me that the car Registration you have is the wrong Registration, on hearing this , I'm very disappointed as I did give you the right information as I did it online & can't understand how this has happened , also with the Easter holidays this has left me with no car , so at the first opportunity I would be very grateful if you would contact me to resolve this matter my TEL NO IS 07447943153 ThankYou

I have recently re-insured my car (Bora) with you, but you charged me more over the phone than your original offer. When I asked for the original quote I was told on the phone that it no longer applied. Why? You ought to be recompensing me for the difference between your original quote and what I was charged. I am still awaiting a certificate of insurance,by the way. Clement Dodd

My phone call was answered promptly and the payment of my renewal premium handled with the minimum of fuss apart from a short delay in getting my records up on screen.

I purchased car and house insurance with Rias finding they had value for money. The staff were first class they listened to what you said and no pressure put on you.
