“We had a flat roof from someone else's property, come flying over our garage and crash into our house. Drainpipe was smashed plus some plants squashed. Rias dealt with this very quickly, the company thst they sent came out on a Sunday to sort out the drainpipe, then they returned on the Monday to remove the flsyroof. Excellent service from Rias and the building company. Ian, the builder, was very helpful and very professional. Thank you Rias.”

“Purchased travel insurance, wife broke a wrist in Turkey, they don’t recognise insurance and we had to pay. RIAS paid the claim quickly and efficiently, relived and pleased.”

“I could not fault RIAS throughout my time dealing with them. Simple processes, efficient, effective and reasonably priced. I endured zero frustration dealing with this company, which was very refreshing. But for the fact that they were some £300 less competitive this year compared to a few other providers, I would have had no compunction in renewing. Indeed, I am very sorry to have to go elsewhere this year but next year, hopefully when I fit into their risk profiling more snugly, they will be my first port of call when looking for quotes. I highly recommend this company. They are what an insurer should be.”

“This is the first time ever when I have had an insurance renewal which was (1) only £1.85 more than the previous year and was lower than the lowest quote on Confused.com. Well done Rias. I love it when a Company shows loyalty to its customers. They deserve loyalty back. Ten out of ten! Keep it up”

“I bought the insurance and realised i need to add more value to my insurance. So i cancelled it by submitting an form as it was closed and the next day they emailed me in the morning and informed me they have cancelled the insurance and also refunded me that i paid. Very propmpt service. Have used them before they are very good.”
