“Customer service was good during the creation process but their new adhesive was absolute garbage! Adding pressure absolutely did not help and everyone at my event was losing ribbons left and right. I’ll only return as a customer if they change back their adhesive.”

Hi Serenity, we did recently change the adhesive we're using and the trick with the new stuff is that it's pressure sensitive. When sticking a ribbon onto your badge or another ribbon, make sure to give it some real firm pressure all the way across. Running your thumb firmly across it while on a hard surface works great!

“The ribbons always turn out exactly how I want them to. The ribbon material is good quality and the customer service is great. If there is anything that can be adjusted to make the ribbon appear better the staff goes out of it's way to make suggestions.”
