“I've ordered from you guys before and I absolutely love my ribbons. I would have even five stars but there was something with my latest order that happened that I felt like shouldn't have happened so I decreased two star. When I place the order you guys were having your holiday sale ribbons for the price of 100 ribbons. Nowhere on the site did it explain how you got the sale so when I placed order I thought it would automatically be processed however it wasn't. So because I saw no change in the price I just got the 100 ribbons and I had ordered three separate ribbons totaling 300. When I called and asked why I didn't get the deal it was because I had to actually put in the 200 just before finishing the order instead of the computer automatically doing it. Because the order had already been processed they wouldn't change it. In the end I did end up making another order where I was able to do the deal now that I knew what I was supposed to do but I'm still annoyed that I missed out on 300 extra ribbons!”
