“I found the process of "seeing" my ribbon to be very useful. And accurate. I appreciated the follow-up email after placing my order, asking me to review and verify what the item would look like. The finished items were delivered when promised. And they were well received at our event. I selected one of the faster delivery options and felt the additional cost was reasonable. “I've seen these kind of ribbons at a con I've gone to several times, and finally decided to bite the bullet and get my own to give out. Well, I checked on another site that a con-goer recommended, and I couldn't figure out how to go through all the steps to get the desired ribbon I wanted. Ultimately, I gave up, Googled, and found this site. I'm SO glad I did! These were less expensive, the site was more user friendly, and here actually has a Doctor Who option for decorating the ribbons! Highly recommend this site. The prototype email was sent to me nice and fast, and they shipped sooner than I expected. I'll definitely be ordering from here in the future.”
