“Not only did they get us the ribbons quickly, when they got to us, they looked better than the customizer would have suggested. They were high-quality and perfect for DragonCon. We ordered them 3 weeks before Con and got them 10 days later. That's just great service. They also refunded a shipping fee because we placed it as two orders and sent it all in one box. Not only was the product quality exceptional, the customer service experience was great. I'd highly recommend them every time. I'm also using them every year from now on for my ribbons at DragonCon.”

“Excellent! I loved being able to design my ribbons on the website and see what they would look like before ordering. The live chat was very helpful, and I appreciated Kiley's advice and courtesy with my custom ribbon size. Ribbons arrived in the expected time and looked wonderful, and were even made in the U.S.A.
