“I was unfortunate enough to find myself in the position of being under inverstigation by the NMC. I contacted Richard Nelson LLP Solicitors and had a return phone call from Marie Dancer. I instantly felt reassured, Maries knowledge base of the NMC's investigating process is outstanding. I cannot recommend Marie Dancer highly enough and would strongly suggest to anyone who finds themselves in this terrible postion to contact Marie for advice and support. “We came to this firm of solicitors in 2012 after my husband had a Fit to Practise Hearing with the GMC. Marie Dancer could not have done enough for us , she was always available even in the later stages of her pregnancy. It not a straightforward case we were extremely stressed and had numerous hearings and even though at times the outcome looked very bleake we ended up with a very satisfactory out come .Our relationship is still ongoing and I would have no hesitation in recommending any Doctor with GMC problems to use Marie Dancer.”

“Prior to arriving at Marie Dancer (Richard Nelson LLP) I had spoken to at least 11 other solicitors. Clearly I had saved the best one till last. Marie has been consistently outstanding in all her professional dealings with me and she has often gone way beyond the extra mile one might ever expect from even the most dedicated in her profession. Marie is not afraid to talk candidly when this is in the best interests of her clients, yet she also knows when to be sensitive and efficient in terms of signposting and reflecting on her overall goals. At times I have been inspired by Marie. I totally endorse her work ethic and she has pulled me back from the brink on more than one occasion.
