“I cannot recommend Victoria Rees and Richard Nelson LLP strongly enough. Victoria was caring, attentive, committed and professional from the first minute to the end, when we got a successful outcome at my fitness to practise hearing. Victoria listened to my concerns and guided my family and I through a horrendous period, where I was falsely accused of misconduct. She worked tirelessly, together with colleagues at Richard Nelson and a Barrister to ensure that every detail was examined and every question was answered. Her compassion was matched by her honesty, with no false promises being made. If friends or family of mine were ever in a similar position, I would insist on them attaining the services of Victoria Rees at Richard Nelson LLP.”

“Got a good end result but The Comunications were very poor and unclear. Work authorisation requests were sent after the work was done and when billed there were extras that were not explained before work was done.this left a very bitter taste to end the process.”

“I had a very stressful professional complaint and Marie Dancer was knowledgeable, informative, quick to respond and brought the issue to a successful conclusion and complaint dismissed. Marie made a very difficult situation manageable and I can't recommend her highly enough.”

At beginning we approached the PDA for help and support with my professional case and what a disappointment they turned out to be considering the considerable annual fee they charge as a member .
