“I spoke to Zach in the Eton branch of Richer Sounds. I would like to say that he was extremely helpful - my voice was croaky - but he stated he could hear me perfectly well, and answered all my questions very satisfactorily. 😁”

“I have been a customer of richer sounds reading for a number of years. The staff at the store have always been so very friendly and supportive, in particular Kieran ,Steve and the installer Toby . They have so helpful that I have come to consider them as friends rather than shop staff . The price of their equipment has always been competitive.P Stockwell.”

“Have used Richer Sounds for as long as I can remember. The staff are more than salesmen they have a genuine interest in the job and customers benefit from there vast experience. Prices are Allways competitive and guarantees often much better than other establishments. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“Rarely find service of this level. From the start to the delivery and after sales support this is on another level. The product a tv was at a very competitive price and a free sound bar made this an incredible deal. Special shout out for Levi from the Leicester branch who was exceptionally helpful and a credit to this company”

“I am not a techy im not into hi-fi, I just wanted a smart TV at a reasonable price. I found one at richer sounds I signed up for there free 6 year guarantee with some apprehension. Just before Christmas the TV developed a fault when i checked the TV was purchased April 2019 I contacted richer sounds and after they confirmed the fault ,they advised me there authorised repairers would be in contact. The next day the TV was picked up, the next week it was returned on the 22 Dec. in full working order, free of charge amazing. At last a company that stands by there word. I have nothing but praise for richer sounds and will not buy another TV from anywhere else.”

“I normally only leave reviews when I've had a bad experience, but I felt compelled to leave a positive review this time because I had such a good experience with Richer Sounds. To begin with, I purchased a TV from Currys, and it arrived with a broken screen. Philips TVs aren't well packaged, so that is probably no fault of their own. I went through an ordeal with them to arrange a replacement, having to contact their support 8 times before being told it would take more than a week. I decided I didn't want to give the company my money, so I requested a refund and decided to give Richer Sounds a try. I bought the same TV for a slightly lower price. The TV arrived the next day, but once again, the screen was broken. I called Richer Sounds and spoke with Amy, who is based in the United Kingdom. She fixed my problem in minutes and delivered my new replacement TV the next day. The new television has arrived, and it is perfect. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. It was so refreshing to speak with an agent who is actually helpful and courteous. I own a design firm and always buy my technology from Currys, but from now on I'll only use Richer Sounds.”

“Having used Richer Sounds Belfast beforeI had full confidence in placing an order to set up a simple 2 channel stereo system. All my units arrived in good time and perfect condition whilst David had to source a couple of items which were not readily available in the finish I wanted. I am delighted with my choice of Marantz amp and CD player and Q Acoustics 3050i floor standers. I have my sounds of the 70s and 80s back the way they should be. My thanks to all concerned for their professionalism and courtesy.”

“Excellent pre sales customer service. Quick responses, assuring and professional. They were able to advise on the product and went above and beyond to price compare with others I had seen to include postage and warranties. Happy handing over a substantial amount for a quality product. Price and guarantees were the best in the market. Looking forward to receiving the projector (BenQ tk700sti)”

“My Samsung TV developed a fault after five years a ten months which meant it was very close to the end of the generous Richer Sounds guarantee. I contacted the branch where I purchased the TV and was asked to carry out a few tests. As soon as RS we’re sure there was a genuine fault I was put in touch with the repair dept and a collection was arranged. The TV was repaired and returned at no charge within two weeks. I cannot speak highly enough of RS would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Went in to the Exeter branch and spoke to Tim on two occasions as was undecided on which tv to get, he helped with all my questions and a day later I left with a new Philips TV, and a Sonos soundbar which arrived two days later. Very happy customer and would recommend. I was recommended them for their prices, 6 year warranty and customer service. Much better than what you get in a Currys store.”

“Just bought a new LG Oled 55C14LB from Richer Sounds Jeff at Brighton branch took my order and was extremely help this was on a Tuesday morning TV was delivered by an excellent delivery service the next day. The picture quality is excellent with great colours and contrast. Sound again is great from the tv speakers The service from Richer Sounds takes some beating it’s all about customer service had a call from Jeff three days after delivery to ask if I had any problems You can’t get this type of service anywhere else .”
