“I had ordered an item in the store and was told that it was on stock three days later they cancelled my order. They did take payment for this and now it’s been over three weeks now and I’m still waiting for a refund and I keep getting the runaround. I don’t recommend ordering anything from Ricky’s If you can’t buy it in the store, I wouldn’t buy anything that you have to order”
“i have placed an order on Ricki's website and few days after they cancelled all my orders because they had the wrong prices on the website as a big reliable company they honor the prices because customer should not be the one paying for thier mistake i have already been charged and i put a lot of time to order my Christmas gifts and by the end they cancelled and did not care if i can give -1 star i will do so. very horrible experience”
“so much for no sale is ever final. I wanted to exchange a pair of jeans that was too big for me. I have the receipt. It was only like a week and a half old, but I didn’t have the tags on the jeans and they would not let me exchange them so don’t believe them when they say no is final”
