I came to exchange a blouse that I had bought which was too small, so Mildred assisted me with finding the next size up, and then also suggested I try some of similar blouses of different colors. While I was checking to see which would be my favorite color, Mildred and Nel told me about a special offer - buy 5 things (any items in the store) before noon, and get 15%off. So I ended up buying 2 beautiful new blouses and 3 pairs of socks, and received the 15% discount. After this purchase I thought I should also try on a purple Secondary Layers Cardigan, and I was surprised by how nice it looked! Mildred advised me which size fit best, and Nel helped with the discount and points redemption, so the beautiful cardigan was an amazing deal! “I am thrilled with my experience shopping at Ricki’s in Dieppe, NB. I found all kind of deals and the staff went above and beyond to make my time in the store very pleasant. One item that I tried (a sweater) on was too large so I thought “oh well, I guess I am out of luck” as this was the only one left in the store. Well, when I got to the checkout the sweet girl behind the desk said “oh, I can check to see if there is a medium available”. There was a medium and it arrived at my home 5 days later (by mail). Perfect fit. I will certainly make Ricki’s my “go to” store.”
