“I have the the xr ultra amd I got the basic gotrax my basic scooter is faster then the xr and takes off faster as well yet I paid 120 more for the xr only for in to be water resistant I'm disappointed in that I only get it take a 20 min ride befor my batt is at 1 bar from a full on both scooters they are only 2 weeks old”

“First, I love the bike. It's been a good as I hoped for when I decided to buy the Ride 1 Up 500.
The assembly and control directions leave a bit to be desired. The crank assembly is opposite to what the directions indicated, and left me with a couple of uncertainties on what is a critical element of the bike.
The information, both the manual and the linked video, on programming the control window fell short of being sufficiently clear. I still am mystified at how to get to some of the functions. You really should get that clarified. I notice others commenting on the same thing on the video.”
“Well, customer service has been communicative at least, so add one star for that. I was sent the wrong size bike, though. This bike was also missing several necessary parts, so even then, I couldn’t try it out. It’s been a few weeks, and while customer service is responsive to my questions, they still haven’t given me any real answers, much less taken concrete action steps to get the right bike or parts to me!”
“Ride panda’s customer service is excellent. I had a concern when my roadster came marked as a size medium when a small was ordered. Sarah followed up contacting the shipper for an explanation with the mixup. She later assured me that the bike inside the box was a size small per the specs. Whatever the reason, I got what I wanted.
