“After leaving an air rifle in for repair and service I had no contact from them for over 2 months prompting a personal visit to check on the progress. After waiting over 10 mins whist a member of staff went to "find " my gun he returned to inform it was done and ready for me. On breaking the barrel it was immediately apparent that the seal had not been changed despite asking for the gun to be serviced. Leaving it with them for the work to be carried out properly with the assurance it would be ready in a fortnight, after a month I was told it would not be possible for any cosmetic work to be carried out due to the gunsmith being sick for the past 3 weeks. On collection the seal had still not been changed but quite clearly they were not in the least bit interested in rectifying this. No breakdown of parts or labour for work carried, just a flat fee. Very disappointed in the service and attitude especially as the owner stood listening to the conversation with a member of staff and just ignored it completely leaving his staff to deal with me instead of stepping forward and taking ownership of his companies shortcomings. Poor show leaving employee to take the flak.”
