“Fantastic communication with very clear and concise directions. Any additional information required was requested quickly and specifically to avoid confusion. All phone calls or email correspondence was very effective, only downside was that communications was between several agents and not just the one leading to doubts of sincerity of helpfulness.”

“Nothing but good things to say about RIFT I started the process then got lazy and didn't do much about it, RIFT kept in touch with emails and phone calls asking me to continue And thank goodness I did, got the final paperwork im to them and within 8-10 weeks I had £2500 just before Xmas The people I spoke to and contact through emails couldn't do enough Highly highly recomend Stephen George”

“I would like to have been apraised of a full break down of costs leading to the overall amount I was to receieve in conjunction with an explanation of actions carried out with HMRC on my behalf. Several times I had to contact RIFT (who were always polite) to seek verbal explanations reference my claim when I had concerns. Overall my level of satisfaction has fallen since my first claim (this year was my second claim).”

“I was sceptical at first as I had never used them before,but was very surprised at how quick and easy they made it for me . just a quick phone call and they sent me a simple form to fill in . once complete they kept me informed off what was happening and within a few months I had a cheque for money I really didn't know I was intitled to . I now wish I had made that call years ago .”
