“Very helpful when on the phone, when your not speaking to the right person your not waiting around on hold for ages and don't need to repeat who you are etc. They'll notify you when you need to do something and talk you through things clearly and it's nice to talk to someone who understands military life and the way pay works etc as many other financial companies can be difficult because of this.”

“Got my refund by doing the majority of the leg work. They explained every thing I needed and sorted all the admin. Making it an easy process. However once they had my claim in hand they did slow down and I had to keep chasing them.”

We do need you to supply the information to be able to complete the claim and then we have to ask questions based on this, we need to make sure what we complete is as accurate as possible. I am sorry that you had to chase us, so I will make sure I feedback your comments.
