“No private sellers”

“you cant filter out what you don't want and the search for what you do want is poor ie cant get rid of terrace housing. searches of off road parking, pulls in no parking and on road parking [that's not parking] its okay for an initial search but then you cant remove properties you have ruled out you cant rule out entire types of properties like terrace, apartments, flats. and if you want to search using the map its a very bad way of doing it using all those points you have to drag instead of simply drawing”

“I believe you have a fairly large fee to register - this is only suitable for agents or people with very large portfolios - so I could not justify using you enough”

“I've just responded to the most banal survey I've ever seen - goodness knows why I bothered to go all the way to the end. Rightmove was clearly looking for a "pat on the back" - pointless as it's a portal, not a provider!”

“houses on web site have poor photographs and details of property, also I know of a few people who have bought and sold recently in last couple of months and the houses are still for sale on rightmove, this is so unfair to people who think they have found a property that they would like to view but it is in actual fact sold. rightmove needs to keep the web site updated”

“Search function annoying because I can filter out categories such as student lets. Would be good to have a search function that lets you select multiple options such as furnished or partially furnished. Its one or the other currently. Don't like the default setting is most recent rather than by price. You seem to have forgotten about scotland in your survey.”
