“Very good,BUT slow to remove from mobile apps ect when changing to a new agent,by leaving a heading ( THIS PROPERTY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE) This misleads new customers, their by losing new perspective viewers who use mobiles /tablets to search online. In this day and age of fast update online, this needs to be sorted......”

“We believe emails are not returned due to the family name we give. We get a little Fed up chasing estate agents for feed back or to try and make appointments to view.”

“Overall preferred site for house moves but Zoopla very close and aspects of 'sold prices' area better on Zoopla. There are elements on Rightmove that could be better - all residential house listings should have floor plans and closer checks on Agents vis a vis the Property Misdescriptions Act should be effectively policed. There could be a tool, too, to alert Agent when he puts a property up for sale at a vastly inflated price for market in area.”

“A good idea but there should be rigorous controls over what is advertised and that the pictures etc really do show the standard of the property and should be updated once a week not every five years, of course the pictures of a newly built house look good but that house looks a lot worse after five years of tenancy and for my feelings that is false advertising and should be illegal”

“Very often properties on the Rightmove website are already taken. There are mistakes on rental price such as weekly rental price is written as monthly rent.”
