Another figures the box was totally bent and squashed. All plastic display scuffed.
Offered $3 partial refund.
Opened a case with paypal and now they have advised to post all items back at my own cost for a refund. It costs me £30 to post back from the UK more than the actual figures and i will be out of pocket too because its at my own cost to return faulty goods. Customer service is shocking with so many bad reviews”

Received a figure with the card completely separated and the box previously opened and taped back together.
Customer service is horrendous and they are very rude and don't seem to care.

“Please save yourself money and time.....they "send" your item out....you never receive it....you email customer service to get the run around....then when said items wind back up at their company they only refund you the item amount. They are screwing people out of lots of money. One item I paid more to ship just to be refunded the little the item actually cost.....they pocketed over 25$ in shipping from my kids....they lost their Christmas money to these crooks! On top of it all they refused to have anyone contact me by phone when asked multiple times.”
“I have been a costumer from long time but things have change in this company. Their packages are not send with bubble and they arrive in bad conditions. My last 4 order where send not secure Costumer service sucks and they reply to you as you where nothing and they don’t care. You will be ok if your package arrive well, good luck but if not that’s not their problem. If you write to their costumer service the experience will be super bad. I recently contact them via email with evidence of damage box and they reply to my like I was sheet. I am a long time costumer with An order for more than 100 dollars.”

“Just cancel the three orders that were supposed to be here a month ago. This happens all the time with them. They’re always late and there’s never any communication. When I try to call, they don’t answer the phone and if I leave a message they don’t return the message. They don’t care one bit about their customer service. I hope they go out of business soon.”
“They have the most comprehensive inventory of wrestling figures, but their customer service is terrible. Prices are fair and if your order processes without issue you may be happy. However, if your order is delayed or there are issues which require assistance from customer service you will probably be less than satisfied. I would give their inventory 4 stars, prices 2.5 stars, but customer service zero stars.”
“This is a dumpster fire of a company. They charge you way more than what the figure costs and then try to find the cheapest deal online from somewhere else. Its gonna take forever to recieve, there is a very good chance it's damaged in some way and it's an absolute nightmare to try and deal with their "customer service" team. This site wont let me give a low enough rate system to give this group of legit scammers.”
“Preordered a set from them in August 2020. The original ship date was November but was delayed due to covid. The set was taken down after pre orders sold out. The same set was put back up in December and people who ordered from the December reupload are receiving theirs while I still have not received mine. For 2 weeks all I heard was "it's shipping soon." Or "one item is short packed." While more and more people who ordered the EXACT same thing in December are recieving theirs. RSC took my money upon preorder and has never delivered a product but instead given excuse after excuse. Horrible business practice.”
