“Extremely easy website and not too many questions, just what’s necessary. Placed my order and was delivered via DPD as I paid for next day delivery. The prices of medication are as expected and not overpriced however the courier delivery was a bit pricier than I’m used to although having used other couriers before I consider DPD as the most reliable. I am very happy with this online pharmacy and will definitely use again.”

“Very good service. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was a paid for one day delivery I understand that i ordered on a Saturday so certainly did not expect it on Sunday. It arrived Tuesday afternoon...I would have expected it on Monday? Apart from that fantastic keep it up”

“Excellent service from start to finish! Delivery was one day over the time slot but I feel this is a courier issue not prescription today.. genuine products but extremely pricey compared to other sites.”

“I would of given top marks had it not been the fact I placed an order on monday paid extra for next day delivery but was unable to find an email to where to send my proof of ID so I got it delivered on wednesday recieved no apology a bit disappointed”

Hi Surjit , we are really sorry you were not completely satisfied with our service. We have an inbuilt ID check on our website and it is unfortunate you had this problem as it is only a very small percentage of customers that have to provide additional verification documents. We will look into why you didn't receive the direct link to provide your documents, and again can only apologise . One positive to take from this is that now you are verified you will never be asked to provide additional documentation.
