“I didn’t get my parcel even though it was DpD express and there didn’t seem to be any urgency to replace it. It’s now 4 days late and DPD day it’s lost.”

Hi Julie , we dispatched within 4 hours of receiving your order and aimed to deliver it the following day. Your chosen courier failed to deliver your parcel on time, this unfortunately is something out of our control. We use DPD and Royal Mail for all of our deliveries as we find the service they provide excellent. Delayed deliveries are very uncommon and we are sorry you had this experience. We will do everything we can to resolve your situation.

“I ordered my prescription in 4/10/19, I paid £6.99 for next day delivery, 3 days later I still haven't received my order or even an email to track it. This is the first and last time I will use this company.”
