“I would of given top marks had it not been the fact I placed an order on monday paid extra for next day delivery but was unable to find an email to where to send my proof of ID so I got it delivered on wednesday recieved no apology a bit disappointed”

Hi Surjit , we are really sorry you were not completely satisfied with our service. We have an inbuilt ID check on our website and it is unfortunate you had this problem as it is only a very small percentage of customers that have to provide additional verification documents. We will look into why you didn't receive the direct link to provide your documents, and again can only apologise . One positive to take from this is that now you are verified you will never be asked to provide additional documentation.

“Very good product-can’t fault it! But considering one of the companies claims is fast delivery, it took 6 days to collect mine. Not terrible, but not as fast as the majority of other sites. Speed up the delivery and it would’ve been 5/5 stars.”
