“I've only just brought this product but I can honestly say I really enjoy cooking on it I've done some lollipops chicken and I've also cooked Two Joints of chuck beef the taste of it and the amount of cooking space you have is amazing”

“My bbq arrived damaged in the box. Riverside put me in touch with Weber, who arranged to send a replacement lid. I had to chase this order as i'd not received anything, and it turns out the part is out of stock until December. So Weber are now apparently sending me a replacement BBQ. My order, delivery and price of the item, all within Riversides control, was great. Its just frustrating that ive no BBQ a couple of weeks on, though i cant hold Riverside responsible for the damaged item.”

“Ordered a weber portable coal bbq. It was a bargain at £65. Easy ordering process from start to finish. Delivered quickly. The bbq was a really good piece of kit, very sturdy and decent looking. Very pleased with the purchase and with Riverside.”

“Can't fault their service, I'd placed an order which I then went to cancel, it had already left them, but they managed to cancel it with the courier for a full refund. I cancelled only because I'd changed my mind on the product, not fault if there's,so I appreciate their level of service and would order from again in the future. Thanks”

“Great deal on purchases, extremely happy. Good communication from customer service. I would give five stars but if it wasn’t for me phoning customer service and then them informing me I had a delivery that same day it could have been a different experience. Courier company apologised for no communication and were very helpful when they delivered. Would recommend Thank you”
