“Our Weber BBQ arrived on time. I was surprised how quickly our order was completed in light of the pandemic. We haven't used the BBQ yet but it is all ready to fire up when we get some warm weather! Very pleased!”

“Fits OK and does it what it says really. Would have given it 5 starts if had a longer fixing velcro and was a bit more thicker.. I find the cover to be a little on the thin side especially if you leave the BBQ out and exposed to the elements all year round.”

“I normally go here to buy charcoal. The BBQ part of the shop is very well stocked with a great selection of bbqs, accessories and seasonings. Unfortunately the website has a very strange transaction process if you want to click and collect. First you have to select delivery, then enter a discount code. Then change the delivery mode to collection. I ordered my products for collection and went to pick it up straight away as I needed it then only to be told it had left on the couriers delivery van. I had no choice but to buy another bag.”

“Good website and good prices. Very quick to deliver my order. There was unfortunately a problem with the item ordered which looked like a manufacturing issue so not Riverside's problem but they very quickly sorted it oit by sending a replacement. Much appreciated!”
