“I went into the store to purchase a gift voucher for a cooking course but was told they have no physical voucher. I was told to purchase on line which I then did . I was very disappointed when I went to print out the voucher. It was very basic and nothing special. I thought I would have received an actual voucher in the post with details of what could be booked. This is fir my sons birthday and I'm dissatisfied with the flimsy piece of paper I'm having to give him.”

“I've used Riverside in the past for grilling supplies because they never disappoint. The same was true for this purchase. I wanted to source a Traeger quickly while on sale before I left for an extended holiday. I ordered on a Saturday and had the pallet and additional goods safely delivered on the following Tuesday morning. I had communicated via email with customer service/support and they were prompt to reply and arrange the quick delivery. I will definitely be using them again in the future based on good value and good service.”
