“Ordered a Weber thermometer as a present. When it arrived the only protection was the Weber box itself. The address Label was stuck on the box over the instructions and the flimsy box was badly squashed and damaged part of which had been fixed by someone with sellotape. Their warehouse presumably. The packaging therefore looked awful although thankfully the recipient of the present laughed Reported to Riverside explaining it was a present. They asked for photos which I provided and they apologised and advised they would investigate further. They came back again apologising asking if I wanted a replacement or refund. If they had read my initial email properly they would have seen that I had already given it as a present. Either the apology was an automated response or their representative was in auto reply mode Where has proper customer service gone?”

“Placed an order on Saturday, they didn’t send it, Wednesday they email me to tell me they don’t have everything I ordered in stock, they still don’t send it. Friday they email again to say now more stuff is out of stock. Avoid this “business” if you’d like to get the order you’ve paid for in any reasonable timeframe. Go with Riverside if you like to have no idea what of your order you’re going to receive and when.”

“To be honest, generally excellent service and delivery of my Traeger! Safely packaged, easy to communicate with. Only slight hiccup was that I requested express delivery and for some reason it wasn’t picked up, but that wasn’t the end of the world.”

“Best price around in the uk for a Webber Smokey mountain- then a 20% summer discount!? It was almost like I had no choice, and that was before I had seen the free cover and speedy delivery. Almost couldn’t believe this place was for real, then my BBQ showed up. Fantastic price, great service.”

“After ordering and paying for my product with delivery stating 1-3 working days after a week I chased it up and it was out of stock!! I reordered a similar product and asked for it to be fast tracked, it wasn't, and then after delivery was confirmed it didn’t arrive on that day but two days later”

“Great Weber rotisserie! It was great and delivered timely. My only gripe was that I wanted to combine the order with the Weber rotisserie basket 7686, but strangely found that this was a shop only item!? Other people selll/ deliver this, and meant I needed to consider elsewhere. Even a phone call didn't help resolve this”
