On delivery the handle was damaged so contact them a day ago with no response yet, however today I receive a write a review.. once they have resolved the issue I will mark the score back up

Really happy with the Alexander Rose Robel furniture looks stunning. Less happy with the communication and service. Communication was patchy and lacking in response. When I did get a response it was dismissive and matter of fact apart from when dealing with Chris he was excellent and understood my concerns.

The part did not fit: the securing arrangement was a screw and bolt as opposed to press fit in the original, and the black lead was too short, which meant that the igniter could not be fitted properly to the frame. I rigged it so that the igniter could be made to work but it is an unsatisfactory solution. It may be that my Spirit BBQ is an old model, but there was no warning on the website. That said, Riverside were prompt in their communication and kept me informed of the delivery. I would use them again after taking care to ensure that the part supplied was the correct one

Ordered a Weber master touch BBQ when it arrived upon opening the box the item had some damage to it. I contacted Riverside & the service was fantastic and advised me to contact Weber myself, sadly the customer service from Weber was less than satisfactory

Poor communication and mislead. Originally I was told the item was in stock, then several delays before eventual delivery almost 2 months after the birthday the item was intended for.

Product is fab, but customer service is shocking. When I called to complain about a delivery a woman was very rude to me. I’d never buy from this company again

Courier did not arrive as arranged. Contacted Riverside, no reply. Courier rearranged delivery 2 days later, arrived 2 hours later than delivery slot. Poor customer service overall.

Delivery arranged promptly but courier did not turn up. When I emailed Riverside they did not reply. Delivery rearranged by courier a couple of days later, with 2 hour delivery window, courier arrived 2 hours late with no messages to inform of delay. Product as described but overall service poor.

Sent the wrong sized grate for the product and took four days of emailing before they handed me over to Weber as they only sell the box they get in.

Got my weber traveller bbq. pins missing for wheels. rang Riverside and emailed their support team. Still no call back no reply to email No pins will look elsewhere in future very poor customer support service

Love the fact you get it to me so quickly but it’s a good job l answered the door as it wasn’t in a box and it was a Christmas present for my husband so he would have seen it if he had answered the door. Orders should always be wrapped up in my opinion

I have yet to open the product itself but had a very poor experience with he delivery. the product was scheduled to be delivered on 2nd December but didn't and instead arrived on 3rd. Given the size and weight of product it would have been really useful but also really sensible if I had prior notice to the delivery so that i could clear the driveway, make space for it to be delivered to a convenient point. There was no notice and web. I asked the delivery driver if I could do so, he told me he didn't have time. Hopefully the product will be ok but this far the experience has been poor.

2 stars although I know they are only agents for Weber, spent a lot of money on the product but when it arrived and was unpacked the amount of damage and missing items was unreal, obviously a return from customer, Riverside did act quickly and arranged for new parts to arrive (not here yet) But I would of expected Weber to have a QC before re despatching. I would only give Weber 1 star due to the poor condition received this.

The delivery was unannounced and left on a heavy pallet which I could not move to open the porch door to get in my house. I needed the help of a neighbour to move the table and pallet. I consider the method of delivery ie no warning, left outside the house and blocking the porch door very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I phoned Palletline who made the delivery to complain but they have not responded

Not happy with the communication , I’ve had issues with my product and can’t get very far with riverside to try and fix it. Been left in the dark after sending repeat emails . Shame
