“Excellent products, great telephone service but let down by one of their logistics partners…Palletways. Turned up in 3.5 tonne curtain sided truck, no pallet trolley, asked me to help lift 95kg off which I refused. Got a builder working close by to help and then dumped it outside my front door and left. Complete contrast to FedEx who delivers parasol and took it to back garden!”

“The product I bought is very good, only some plastics came broken. I was able to solve it with a little restraint. My only disagreement is the company they work with for delivery. It's very bad. I spent two whole days at my house waiting for the delivery because they have not given me an estimated schedule.”

“Chairs great but TNT/FedEx did not provide any information on delivery. Delivery number we were given was three digits too long so couldn’t access anything on apps”

“An excellent sale of BBQ items and I managed to purchase some items that were actually in stock. I ordered Sunday and it was delivered Tuesday. Excellent all round transaction that will tempt me to order again should a similar sale become known.”

“Bought to go under a covered Porch to screen some unsightly BT cabling and junction box, does the job well, plus although artificial, it a better looking than those offered by some competitors, which are really cheap looking.”

“I was very impressed with the speed and ease of delivery. However, the item came without any packaging at all so when it was delivered my husband was home and his surprise anniversary present was ruined. I’m very sustainable and appreciate the need to reduce waste etc but it could have had a recycled package on. The box was also damaged given it had no protection in transit. I don’t want to complain and on balance it was fine but just some honest feedback”

“Weber charcoal arrived promptly as promised. Intact and about £3 cheaper than anywhere else. I would recommend Riverside for the supply of Weber 8 kg briquettes. 👍”
