“The product was exactly what I needed. The only issue was that both grill sections were a little bent on one of the corners. This was probably down to rough handling during delivery. We were able to bend them back with a pair of pliers so all fine now. Very quick delivery, so happy in general. Would use this company again.”

“Called first to check that they were open. They were. very helpful chap on the phone, answered all my questions clearly and confidently. Easy ordering online. Arrived when they said it would. Had to un-box it to get it around the back, but no real problem.”

“I am so pleased with my Master Touch. Also pleased I took the plunge for the Premium, the higher quality chromed grill is very easy to clean and I’m sure I would have bought the sear grill anyway so definitely worth the extra outlay. I downloaded the BILT app which made assembly a breeze. My offer of constructive criticism is that a starter bag of coal and a couple of firefighters would have been nice especially under the current restrictions but otherwise I’m really happy. Many thanks.”

“Very easy to order and purchase Weber Q2200 from Riverside. 2 day delivery via DPD was delayed to 4 days due to the volume of deliveries because of Coronavirus. Very happy with my new BBQ!”
