“The bench arrived in reasonable time considering the Covid 19 situation. I am pleased with the service although I had no emails from Riverside to let me know the state of my order, not even an to say they had received my order.”

“As I knew which product I was looking for my task was made a bit easier. Riverside were offering the product in a quantity which was manageable & a price which was acceptable. Decision made & product ordered with delivery only a few days later, result.”

“Happy with the bench. It was delivered quickly but there was a large crack on one part. Reported and a replacement part arrived fromn the supplier in a few days. Very pleased with the customer service.”

“Great prices on Black Friday deals tempted me to some items I hadn’t planned for - not disappointed either. Only one small criticism, I got a message to say delivery on Monday but wasn’t delivered until Tuesday. I did get another message to say delivery Tuesday so happy end result”
