I paid an extra £8's for next day delivery before 10.30am, only half or the order was delivered. subsequently I could not progress with the work I had promised. customer care was not very good either. I have in the last 12 months paced over £1000's worth of orders with your company, I'm sure I will not be recommending your company to other people.

Hi. We are sorry that you feel like the service you received was inadequate. In this instance, we send out your order for next day delivery pre. 10.30am which contained two parcels. On the way from us to you, the courier, unfortunately, lost one of the parcels, which was therefore not delivered. When we were made aware of this, we immediately arranged for a new item to be sent out the following day. This was the quickest way we could possibly resolve the issue, and we can only apologise that you do not feel like we have done our bit in your case, but there was nothing more we could do. Did not deliver on day, and was not told of this. Had to make several calls to find out what was going on. Agreed a later delivery which was not met. Delivery was made eventually with no one present, and the package was left outside in the snow. We did not know the package had been delivered. Had to look outside the property to find it. The packaging was in a sodden and wet condition. I am at a loss to understand how a package of this value can be delivered in such a way and no one was present to sign and take delivery.

The product seems to be ok. However, we bought it from you due to the next day delivery. We understood that as it was Thursday afternoon, it would not be possible to deliver it on Friday but expected it for Saturday. It was a birthday present and it was a shame the next day delivery promise was not kept. If Saturdays were not days for delivery, it should have been explained in the terms and conditions.

We're sorry you're unhappy with the delivery. We've looked into your order and it appears that you have selected Next Working Day Delivery and not the Saturday Delivery Option, which is offered at checkout. This is why your order was not processed for Saturday delivery, unfortunately. We do offer deliveries 7-days-a-week for items of the size you ordered, but we give you the option to select Next Working Day, Saturday or Sunday for your convenience. We hope that makes our delivery options clearer, but if you need any further information please get in touch.

WE FILLED OUR CUSION BAG UP WITH CUSIONS & WENT TOO LIFT IT UP AND THE STITCHING GAVE WAY ON THE HANDLE. IT HAS TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET A POSTIVE RESPONCE FROM RIVERSIDE GARDEN AND I AM STILL AWAITING THE REPLACEMENT. 14.08.17

5missing parts from Weber BBQ that cost +£700. Initially excellent customer service but have heard nothing from Riverside since 23/07 despite sending chase up e-mail. So have a very expensive BBQ that has 5 missing parts but Riverside were quick enough to take my money! I am aware that the problem lies with Weber but it would be nice to be kept updated and more importantly to have e-mails acknowledged!!!

One item was incorrect, I did send an email that I was happy to keep the incorrect item but didn't receive any kind of response despite it being their error.

tricky to get them to burn for 4 1/2 without keeping them so low they nearly extinguish.

i decided to return the time and the shipping cost value was £10. if i buy it in a shop i could return it without extra cost. Definetely will not use on line shopping ever again......

Great job on order & delivery, sadly the product itself is poor. Bbq started rusting after 2 weeks-doubt it will last a year! Not happy at all.

Thanks for your review. Your barbecue shouldn't be having this issue and is covered under warranty. Please email us with images and the serial number (can be found on the vent on the lid) so that we can put a warranty claim in for you. Our email is sales@riversidegardencentre.co.uk.
