“Cheapest Weber BBQ equipment found. Order of 4 items delivered on time and safely except for chinmey starter which arrived with dent to base. the starter was not boxed (don't know if it should have been or not) but maybe should have some protection during transit.”

“Great BBQ, as expected from Weber. However, not so great from Riverside/ Whitestores! 3 Days after ordering a product falsely advertised as being ’on special’ after overpricing it by £30, gets marked down by £90.00. This is unfair trading, and against requirements set out in the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”

“Cannot fault the service I received starting with being able to speak on the phone to a real person in the BBQ showroom who clearly knew what they were taking about AND seemed genuinely willing to help. The parts themselves were genuine Weber parts and were delivered very quickly. Couldn’t fault the service and would certainly use them again. First class!”
